SAFCo Appoints Trovio to Deliver Singapore’s Sustainable Aviation Fuel Environmental Attributes Management System (SEAMS)

Singapore, 3 August 2026 – Singapore Sustainable Aviation Fuel Company Ltd. (SAFCo) and Trovio Group Ltd. (Trovio) today announced that Trovio has been awarded the contract to design, build and operate the Sustainable Aviation Fuel Environmental Attributes Management System (SEAMS), providing the trusted digital infrastructure to enable the development of Singapore’s sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) ecosystem.

Built on Trovio’s CorTenX registry platform, SEAMS will provide secure, scalable and interoperable infrastructure for the management of SAF Environmental Attributes (EAs). The platform has been designed with an API-first architecture to enable connectivity across the SAF value chain and support integration with certification schemes, marketplaces and other industry systems.

The award comes as Singapore advances the sustainability initiatives outlined in its Sustainable Air Hub Blueprint, including the introduction of a national SAF target from 2027 as well as establishment of SAFCo. As SAF adoption gathers momentum, trusted digital infrastructure will play an increasingly important role in supporting transparent, efficient and high-integrity management of SAF EAs. SEAMS will provide the trusted digital infrastructure to support this initiative while contributing to interoperability across the evolving international SAF ecosystem.

SEAMS is intended to provide a robust and trusted foundation for the management of SAF EAs as global SAF markets continue to evolve. By enabling a transparent efficient and auditable processes, the platform will help strengthen market participants’ confidence in the tracking and management of SAF EAs, supporting a credible and well-functioning SAF ecosystem.
